Acceptance of Terms

Description of Service

We specialize in consulting, coaching, mentoring and digital-strategy support for nurse leaders and nurse entrepreneurs. Our services include (but are not limited to):

Burnout-to-breakthrough career transition coaching.
Entrepreneurship support for nurses (business startup, platform building).
Leadership development and mentorship for nurse executives.
AI-powered strategy adoption for nurse-led businesses.
(collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms apply to your use of the website and your engagement of any Services or products offered by us.

Deliverables, Payment & Scheduling

When you purchase a Service or product (e.g., a coaching program, mentorship plan, course or workshop), you will be provided with details of the deliverables, fees, payment schedule, and access requirements.

Payment (full or deposit) must typically be made in advance as specified. Unless otherwise indicated, fees are non-refundable once access to the Service or product has been granted.

Scheduling of coaching calls, mentorship sessions or program access will be coordinated with you; you are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. If you fail to attend or reschedule outside the permitted time window (see section 4), you may forfeit the session without refund.

Cancellation, Rescheduling & Program Access

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session or a block of sessions, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the session being counted as used.

For self-paced courses or access to products, no cancellation or refund is available once access credentials have been issued.

We may modify program schedule, content or platform access; if we do so materially, we will notify you. Your continued participation constitutes acceptance.

Client Obligations & Representations

You represent and warrant that you are a registered nurse or healthcare professional (or another professional eligible to engage with our Services) and that you have the requisite authority and capacity to enter into this agreement.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information about your professional background, business status (if relevant) and any conditions relevant to your engagement (e.g., current burnout, business stage).

You understand that you are responsible for your own business decisions and actions, including implementation of strategies. We provide guidance and support, but you must execute and follow-through to secure results.

Results & No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work to deliver high-quality Services, you acknowledge that outcomes vary based on individual effort, resources, market conditions and other external factors. We explicitly disclaim any guarantee of specific financial outcomes, business success, career advancement or elimination of burnout.

All Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranty of any particular result.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property provided in connection with our Services (including course materials, templates, programs, coaching frameworks, digital assets) remains our property or the property of our licensors. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal or business use as part of the Service, subject to these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, sell or public-display our materials without our prior written consent.

Confidentiality & Professional Conduct

We will treat any personal or business information you provide as confidential, except as otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

You likewise agree to treat our materials and any coaching conversations as confidential.

You agree to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner in our sessions and communications.

Use of Website & User Conduct

You may not use the website for unlawful purposes or transmit harmful code (viruses, malware) or attempt unauthorized access.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey (USA), without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
